Triple Chocolate

Rich and dense dark chocolate mud cake, 
filled with milk chocolate ganache and topped with white chocolate curls

Chili Choca

Chocolate sponge cake with a chilli kick, 
filled with chocolate buttercream or chocolate ganache

Mocha Choca

Chocolate sponge cake with an espresso kick,
filled with chocolate buttercream or chocolate ganache

Southern Red velvet

Sanguine velvety cake with a piquant flavour and hint of chocolate,

Lemon zest

Coconut crunch

Tender coconut sponge cake,
layered with toasted coconut and Italian meringue coconut buttercream

Apple

Apple sponge cake, 
layered with caramel apple and apple buttercream icing

Dark fruitcake

Sweet dried temperate fruits soaked in VSOP brandy with warm spices, nuts & dark molasses 
(Rich and Light versions available – Light version contains half the fruit of the rich version)

Golden fruitcake

Sweet dried tropical fruits soaked in VSOP brandy or rum with warm spices, nuts and light molasses
(Rich and Light versions available – Light version contains half the fruit of the rich version)

Black cake

The classic Caribbean fruitcake. 
Contains fruits soaked in overproof rum and port wine for no less than 6 months. 
Not one for the fainthearted. (Unsuitable for children)
